FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I get digital copies of these images?

>Yes, you will get up to 3 images for headshots and a few for action shots. They will be delivered 3000px at 240dpi in jpg form. Camera Raw images will NOT be given out.

Can I use this image after the workshop?

>Yes, I have had people love their headshots so much they put them on your websites, books, printed materials, used them on Wall Street when they speak and so on.

Will you retouch the images?

>We will do some simple processing to the headshots like color balance, cropping, exposure, sharpening, tone, softness to your skin.

If you want additional retouching services, please ask your photographer. Other services include, redness in the eyes removal, hair removal or additions, pulling in sides (or waist), removing double chin, making you 10 lbs lighter and so on. We can even extract you from the background so you have a cutout to use for emails and advertisements. These are additional optional services after we meet our deadline of the other attendees.

When will I receive the images?

>You will receive the selected finished edited images a day or two after you leave the workshop. All this depends on the size of the workshop. Those who requested Additional Retouching Services will begin to receive them through the next week.

How will I receive the images?

>They will be in your REACH Google Drive under the Photography folder.
